I'm an individual investor transitioning from a 30+ year technology career (Distinguished Software Engineer) building and scaling complex systems and teams into ownership through acquisition.
I'm looking to buy and personally lead one established, profitable business for the long term, not to flip it.
My focus leans toward software, SaaS, and tech-enabled businesses where my engineering and operating background adds real value, but I'm genuinely open to durable main-street and traditional companies — services, distribution, light manufacturing — with strong fundamentals.
Target profile: US-based, roughly $1M–$5M enterprise value and $300K–$1.5M of SDE/EBITDA, ideally owner-transition situations with a loyal team and recurring or repeat revenue.
I fund with personal equity, SBA 7(a), and seller financing.
As a committed principal I bring disciplined diligence, certainty of close, and deep respect for what a founder has built.
I intend to be a hands-on owner and long-term steward of the business, its people, and its reputation, with the potential to grow it as a family enterprise as my children step into operations over time.
If you're advising on, or considering selling, a business that deserves a careful long-term owner, I'd welcome a conversation.
