The holding company has funded six companies in its history. Historically, I have made equity and structured-equity investments but will also deploying into mezz or straight debt. Industry agnostic. Control and minority equity investments are both acceptable.
Investments under $1M are funded through personal capital and anything larger is syndicated through a personal network of family offices and UHNWIs.
