The ideal partner is an owner-operator who has taken the business as far as their expertise, time, or personal risk tolerance allows and is seeking a partner to help lead the next stage of growth. Continued owner involvement is welcomed and often preferred, with the opportunity for a retained minority equity stake to align incentives and share in future upside. The owner’s ongoing role will be thoughtfully structured based on mutual goals and operational needs.
Target businesses demonstrate a clear and actionable path to growth, supported by large or expanding addressable markets, identifiable growth levers, and opportunities for operational improvement. Preferred industries include infrastructure-related businesses, manufacturing, business services, and power-related sectors, particularly those with B2B customers, recurring or maintenance-based revenue, and defensible market positions.
