Terry Snyder, President and CEO Terry Snyder is the former President of the Men's Division and Marketing Services of Jockey International Inc., a global leader in men's and women's apparel. During his years with Jockey, Terry was a key player in developing and positioning Jockey as a Global Master Brand, including successfully launching Jockey for Her intimate apparel and sheer hosiery - two of the most successful product introductions in apparel history. In addition, Terry led the successful development and introduction of Tommy Hilfiger underwear in key upscale department stores across the nation. After 24 years in the apparel business, Terry joined Johnson Outdoors Inc., a diversified company with an impressive stable of well-known brands in the outdoor recreational and sports products industry. As Group Vice President of the Outdoor Equipment Division, he initiated an acquisition strategy that rapidly repositioned and expanded the watercraft category, making JOI the market share leader in both canoes and kayaks. Terry founded im&m solutions in 1999 as an energetic and innovative firm providing business brokering, consulting and coaching services to senior-level executives of small to mid-market companies. With this broad-based consumer products background, Terry solidly understands what works and what doesn't. He knows how to cut through the fuzz and attack the real issues.
