Rocco Co-founded a healthcare services company in 2015 serving the mental health needs of patients in the LTC setting with zero investor funding for the initial 3 years; took on minority partners raising growth equity of 7 figures; scaled to an 8 figure PE exit giving my investors a 6x return in <4 years; and led the acquiring company as President and Board member for 18 months through a turnaround period with a net positive impact of $20Mn on a $40Mn P&L through personnel efficiencies, contract renegotiations, high double digit growth, adding additional revenue streams, and restructuring employment contracts.
Rocco has been in healthcare for >20 years and began my career with McKesson after finishing my MBA. I also worked for Gambro, Medtronic, Spectranetics, and Philips Healthcare. His role throughout his corporate career was focused on sales, business development, product launches, contracting, and clinical education and training.
Rocco has worked in specialties from primary care to nephrology, orthopedic, spine, neuro, plastics, general surgery, cardiac surgery, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, peripheral vascular, psychiatry and psychology.
Rocco has held positions of CEO, Board Chairman, President, CRO, and Board member. Has a strong financial, strategy, and business development background.
Rocco’s spouse and business partner, Nicole, who Co-founded, Psych360 with him, brings a strong operational and clinical background to Red Rock Capital. She is Board Certified in Acute Care and Psychiatric Mental Health Care and has been in the role of President, Board Member, CCO, and COO for multiple healthcare organizations.
Rocco and Nicole both bring unique operational skill sets to the table which are unique perspectives to leverage as investors and acquirers of existing businesses.
We are an independent sponsor that also has the ability to operate companies for select deals. We have a large accredited investor network of hundreds of LPs that can fund deals up to $50Mn and for deals north of $50Mn we would tap into our PE network of >100 PE firms to bring larger institutional investors into the deal.
