Henry Chen has 20 years of experience in investment banking, private equity and venture capital. Henry started his career on Wall Street at Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup’s Global Corporate & Investment Banking Group) in the financial institutions group and later in the debt originations group. Henry also worked at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya focusing on structured finance transactions for Latin American energy and infrastructure companies. During his career, Henry advised many Fortune 500 companies companies in a number industry sectors. He completed over $10 billion of debt and equity financing, including a number of cross border transactions, for global corporate clients. As ReedVista, Henry advised and participated in numerous start-up and growth companies. Henry helped a number of novel technology companies raise seed and Series A capital. Henry also advised and sponsored several management buy-outs of growth companies with capital partners.
