HRC Partners (www.hrc.partners) seeks to make control or non-control investments in technology, business services, and other select industries leveraging the domain expertise of our founder and bench of entrepreneur advisors to create value through organic growth and a tactical add-on acquisition playbook. The group is led by Cyrus Maghami, a 20-year private equity (Kayne Anderson, Shackleton) and M&A advisory (Harbor Ridge, Layer 7) veteran, with deal experience in technology and telecom services, software, and ad-tech. This includes a 7 company IT service roll up which grew from $25mm to $250mm, a life sciences-focused tech business that exited for >$100mm, an HR-tech SaaS business that delivered an outsized return, an ad-tech business that grew from $30mm to $125mm through a transformative acquisition, and several others in related industries. Our investors are fund of funds, family offices, and select high-net-worth, along with deep connections in the debt capital markets to help fund the initial transaction and add-on acquisitions post-deal. We pride ourselves on transparency, integrity, and building relationships that last decades, vs. pursuing short-term, questionable deal tactics.
