We are operators of a family-owned business seeking to acquire a stable, profitable small business to own and operate as a long-term family investment.
We are primarily focused on businesses generating approximately $200K–$350K in Seller’s Discretionary Earnings (SDE). These businesses often have strong fundamentals, loyal customers, and a solid foundation built by the current owner. Our goal is to build on that foundation and continue growing the business responsibly over time.
As operators, we take a hands-on approach to ownership. We are not financial buyers seeking quick exits; we intend to operate and grow the business long-term while continuing the legacy the owner has created. Supporting employees, customers, and the existing culture of the business is very important to us.
We are particularly interested in businesses with recurring or repeat revenue, including software, SaaS, and tech-enabled models, but remain open to strong businesses across a variety of industries.
