I purchase Single Family and Multi- Faminly homes in the Orlando, FL area as investment properties. I am looking for a few more money partners to joint venture with. Normally my partners are somewhat knowledgeable about investing in Real Estate but don't have the time, confidence and/or expertise to do it on their own. I have the knowledge and a proven track record in making very safe and secure Real Estate purchases. Some of my partners use a self-directed IRA so their profits are Tax Free.
