We aim to connect with current business owners who are considering retirement to help them ease their transition and preserve their legacy. We target companies with between 10 - 200 employees and $2.5 Million - $8 Million in earnings. Based on the deep operational expertise of our Founder & Principal, Tyler J. Garnett, we focus primarily on software, tech-enabled service, and B2B service companies.
Prior to founding HOUNDS BAY CAPITAL, Tyler spent more than a decade of entrepreneurship helping companies grow as Founder, CEO, Chairman, and Venture Consultant of numerous privately held organizations in a wide variety of industries including: SAAS, Education, Entertainment, Agriculture, Startups, and Nonprofits.
In addition to the hands on operating experience Tyler has gained throughout his career, he also holds degrees from both the USC's Marshall School of Business and NYU's Stern School of Business where he studied Finance, Strategy, and Management.
