HillView PowderWorks processes & sells recycled PTFE materials. More specifically, we buy scrap or recycled granular PTFE, sort it, grind and mill it to meet specifications, analyze it, package it, and warehouse it. We have two PTFE product lines. We offer (1) Deltaflon fine PTFE flowing powder and (2) Kappaflon coarse PTFE flowing powder. HillView PowderWorks DOES NOT IRRADIATE PTFE. Hillview Powderworks DOES NOT USE PFOA nor PFAs at all.

Day to day, HillView PowderWorks buys scrap or recycled PTFE, sorts it, grinds it to meet specification, analyzes it, packages it, and warehouses it until shipment to our customer. We manufacture two product lines: Deltaflon, which is fine PTFE flowing powder; and Kappaflon, which is coarse PTFE flowing powder.
We seek to become the premier supplier to the markets we supply. To be the best, our other activities include constantly evaluating different milling techniques, testing equipment configurations for process optimization, and engaging our suppliers to guarantee business continuity for our customers and us.
