I’m a finance leader in the CPG industry with hands-on experience supporting PE ownership, including margin expansion, cost modeling, working capital management, and operational decision-making. I spend most of my time deep in P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow, partnering closely with operators and leadership teams to turn strategy into execution.
As a side investor, I’m interested in deal-by-deal opportunities in lower-middle-market businesses where fundamentals matter more than hype. I gravitate toward simple, cash-flow-positive companies—particularly in CPG, food, manufacturing, and distribution—and value thoughtful capital structures, aligned incentives, and realistic growth plans.
