I am seeking to acquire a value-driven, founder-led or family-owned company with a premium product or service that is currently generating between $500,000 - 1,250,000 in EBITDA and would benefit from strategic investment in new growth drivers - whether through operational improvements, geographic expansion, or digital innovation.
