Jesseca Marchand & Matt Taylor are an experienced operating team pursuing our first acquisition, seeking to buy and grow a single business generating $250K+ in annual cash flow (SDE/EBITDA), with purchase prices from $1M up to $10M for the right fit.
We're focused on boutique hotels and travel businesses, specialty trades (tree services, pool construction, etc), and home services serving high-net-worth, multi-property clients.
Open to relocating, with target regions spanning California, Washington, the Northeast, the Carolinas, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Western Europe. We're flexible on structure: comfortable stepping in as owner-operators, or acquiring a business with a strong #2 or management team already in place.
Our track record is in building and running businesses. Matt founded and has operated two bar concepts in Lincoln, NE for 16 and 13 years, building each from the ground up and running day-to-day operations through a decade-plus of sustained profitability. Jesseca spent her career as CFO/COO of a high-growth advertising agency, leading financial strategy and operations through significant scale.
Together, we're also active real estate investors across residential and commercial properties.
