What we're looking for:
"Good" businesses in a stable industry with minimal exposure to technology or regulatory risk
Net margins >15% and EBITDA between $1M and $3M
High percentage of recurring revenues (or clear path to achieving it)
A competitive advantage or "moat"
Jack Saville, Founder and Principal, will assume the CEO role and is partnering with like-minded investors to achieve these objectives. Jack is a 2002 West Point graduate and Combat Infantryman, and he spent the last 20 years building and developing leading high-performing teams.
