The Company’s primary market target is the largest production homebuilders in North America. A pilot project (2015) was successfully completed with Meritage Homes (NYSE-MTH) the leading sustainable production home builder in the US.

A concrete wall building system that is competitive with wood frame and concrete block construction; highly insulated, sustainable, resilient and disaster resistant. HercuWall® is a paradigm shift that has gained traction in an industry resistant to change.
HercuWall® incorporates ShearStrip® technology that creates greater strength with less concrete and no vertical rebar. This is a remarkable improvement in the industry as it affords builders a competitive advantage; a superior end product to wood framing and concrete block construction at a competitive price.
HercuWall® builders benefit from shorter building cycles; installations for a typical 2,500 square foot single family home takes a four man crew less than one day. Precise components yield straighter walls, tighter windows and doors, higher energy ratings, and fewer call backs. Buyers have a stronger highly disaster resistant structure; quieter, draft free, cleaner, with low maintenance, and smaller utility bills.

• A highly qualified management team – HercuTech has recruited a team of dedicated professionals that have both direct and diverse industry experience.
• Extensive product research and development – The Company has invested approximately $3 million to develop and test its superior building products.
• Intellectual Property – HercuTech technology is covered by four U.S. patents with three additional U.S. patents pending. There is an issued patent in South Africa and pending patents in Australia, Canada, China, Europe, India, and Mexico. Registered U.S. trademarks include “HercuWall®” and “ShearStrip®”; with HercuShield™ (pending registration).
• Established relationships within the U.S. construction industry – Management has contacts with key decision makers within the largest residential production homebuilders and other pivotal industry relationships.
