HealthWise Gourmet Coffees, LLC and HealthSMART Coffee, LLC were created to benefit from the exploding health trends and rapidly expanding coffee markets through the introduction of Good-For-You, healthy, unadulterated coffees. Our technology for extracting all of the coffee essence from the coffee beans results in being able to use less coffee to achieve comparable coffee taste. We are then able to sell comparable quality coffee to all involved in the distribution and retailing process at lower prices than other roasters, while maintaining higher than traditional industry profit margins. The consumer also benefits by being able to buy the coffee at a lower price per cup than they now pay for any other gourmet coffee. Our FDA approved, proprietary, 100% natural TechnoRoasting™ process, enables us to eliminate all the excess heartburn causing acid and irritants, without flavor loss. Other techniques for reducing acid are steam blasting, which vaporizes some of the flavor elements, or wood roasting, neither of which produces a comparable flavorful cup of coffee or a coffee with all the healthful benefits. Our coffees offer an exceptional value and are the only coffees that specifically address the more than 63% of all coffee drinkers that experience heartburn related problems. While we can't advertise that our coffees are efficacious in the amelioration or prevention (by greater than 20%) of major diseases, we have created innovative ways to get that message across. By being the only coffee company able to seal-in essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and dietary fiber (all of which are stated on our Nutrition Facts Panel and supported by Independent laboratory Reports and studies) our coffees, are the only unadulterated coffees that can offer these numerous health benefits. Management has conceived of methodologies for retailers to utilize and promote these coffee benefits through an extensive research library we've compiled. We intend to present useable competitive and marketing advantages along with a unique coffee. This strategy perfectly positions us to market to and through Food Service markets as well as Take-Home, Restaurants, Health Food, Convenience Stores, Drug Store Chains, Weight Management companies, all impacted by menu declaration requirements, and health conscious consumers. This approach also positions us for sales to Hospitals, Nursing Homes and directly through doctors.
