We acquire essential, disruption-resistant manufacturers and industrial businesses from owners planning their succession, and we steward these companies for the long term. We are funded through free cash flow from our current businesses as well as a few aligned families who share our mission and philosophy around acquiring and building companies over centuries. We excel at complicated unique situations and acquisitions due to our structure. Our ideal size is $1M - $10M of ebitda but that can flex up. We are interested in any industrial and manufacturing company.
