I am Keyur Patel, representing Gunatit Partners. Gunatit Partners is a private investment fund seeking to invest <$1 million in small businesses within the Dallas/Fort Worth area in the US.
We are hoping to explore the financial services, testing and compliance, entertainment, or general business services and software sectors. We aren’t looking to build a portfolio but a life around the company we acquire. This is a family owned business and the founders will step into the company post-acquisition as co-leaders.
We are seeking a majority or complete transaction and are not currently open to minority or growth investments. We plan to join the company post-close as the new leadership. We have in-depth acquisition experience across institutional, middle-market, and operational sectors.
We are focused on a simple transaction, prioritizing cash to the seller and the long-term stability of the future company.
