GRS Property Management and its sister company ASX Properties has been involved with the real estate industry since 1992. Over that time period the company has bought and sold over 22 apartment buildings, built and sold a Retirement Facility, purchased 1 shopping center and built a 2nd shopping center. All of these transactions were done without any partners. GRS Property Management is expanding its operations to larger metropolitan areas of the Southeast United States. Our company has a presence in the Atlanta area, and our knowledge of the market is second to none. We are actively pursuing opportunities in this market area. Other areas we are considering are: Dallas, Houston, Miami and Nashville. Our company's focus is to seek value-added multifamily properties and utilizing our extensive experience of managing multi-family properties. We are seeking partners to assist us with equity financing in the purchase of these opportunities as GRS will have up to 20% in each deal.
