We're an operator-led acquirer looking to buy and personally run one established, profitable business for the long term — a permanent home, not a flip. I founded, built, and recently sold my own company, so I've sat in the owner's chair through the entire journey, including the exit, and I know what it takes to run and grow one well. My partner, who relocates to run day-to-day operations on-site, brings hands-on general-management experience. We acquire one business at a time and give it our full attention.
What we're looking for
Purchase price of $1.5M–$5M, with $400K–$1M+ in owner earnings (SDE/EBITDA)
A stable or growing business with a verifiable 3+ year track record
Essential, recurring-revenue companies — B2B and home services, distribution, light manufacturing, and niche services — though we'll look at any quality business at a fair price
An owner transitioning toward retirement or their next chapter
United States; we're geography-flexible and will relocate to the business
