I’m a qualified buyer looking to acquire a manufacturing company using personal savings and SBA financing (I have lender interest lined up and can provide documentation).
I’m targeting a $1.5M–$4M transaction with SDEs in the $700K to $1.3M range. Open to any geography with a preference for the southeast United States as well as Michigan. I plan to operate the business full time and can move quickly on financials and diligence.
