I am an independent acquisition entrepreneur and private equity professional seeking to acquire and operate a single established lower-middle-market business. I bring experience evaluating, financing and supporting businesses across industrial, business services, healthcare and technology-enabled sectors.
I am focused on companies with $750,000 to $1.5 million of transferable EBITDA, recurring or highly predictable revenue, low customer concentration and a strong management or technical team that can operate independently of the seller. Areas of interest include inspection, testing, monitoring, compliance, maintenance and other mission-critical B2B services.
I intend to invest meaningful personal capital, use prudent acquisition financing and take an active, long-term approach to ownership. I am not seeking a short-term financial trade; my objective is to preserve the company’s employees, customer relationships and reputation while investing in organic growth and thoughtful add-on acquisitions. I can move quickly, communicate directly and provide a high degree of transaction certainty.
