Jeffrey Hou is the Founder of Granville Peak, a traditional search fund backed by a deep bench of seasoned operators and entrepreneurs.
He began his career at Barclays as a tech and media investment banker, where he provided M&A advisory as well as debt and equity financings totaling $30B+ in closed volume.
After banking, Jeff joined Thomas H Lee Partners, a private equity firm that has managed or deployed $50B+ in equity capital. Jeff focused on THL's investment activity in IT operations software and cybersecurity, while managing the firm's portfolio investments in House of Design and Auction.com, before pursuing his MBA.
