While I am industry agnostic, I am looking for a specific criteria in a business. The ideal business has an experienced track record (minimum 10+ years in business), has senior management and systems in place, is B2B or has reoccurring revenue, a SDE of atleast $800K, and is in the New York metropolitan area.
