Since Genesis was acquired by Ex Nihilo Capital in 2022, I have been leading operational strategy and execution on behalf of Ex Nihilo, ensuring that the organization is positioned for sustained excellence and scalable growth. Under my leadership, we have strengthened operational efficiency, elevated service quality, enhanced employee engagement, and ensured that every part of the business supports our mission to nurture connectedness, companionship, and community for the individuals and families we serve.
As we actively pursue expansion, I work in direct partnership with Ex Nihilo Capital, who brings deep expertise and a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions. With Ex Nihilo as Genesis’s owner, they are not just a guiding force but an active participant in shaping our growth strategy and executing future deals. While I am building my own M&A expertise, my operational leadership aligns seamlessly with Ex Nihilo’s transactional and integration capabilities.
