Garville Corp. has provided strategic advice and tactical support for a number of privately held middle market businesses. Leveraging his comprehensive advisory skills with his network of high qualified service providers (legal, tax, and accounting) has given business owners invaluable guidance needed to continue profitable growth and enhance value.
Mr. Garville is a private equity professional with over 30 years of principal investment experience in both privately held and publicly traded companies. He has completed over 50 equity, debt and M&A transactions primarily with lower middle market companies and has extensive experience managing portfolio companies and turnaround situations. Mr. Garville has directed investments in companies in a variety of industries including: advertising, experiential marketing, public relations, sales promotion, digital printing, food products, packaging, direct mail, corporate travel, and logistics.
Prior to starting Garville Corp., Mr. Garville served for 16 years as President of Union Capital Corporation, a private equity firm specializing in investing in middle market companies. He was also President of Mickelberry Communications Inc. (a former NYSE listed marketing services holding company) and held executive positions with Praxair Inc.
Mr Garville is also a Senior Executive Advisor with Brookside Equity Partners, serves on the Board of Advisors for Marist College’s School of Management and is involved in a number of organizations that strive to alleviate poverty and promote advanced education among the less fortunate.
