My operating style is simple: understand the economics, upfront and honest, install a weekly operating cadence, build a strong bench, and improve the fundamentals. I’m comfortable leading through ambiguity and high stakes as my skills were shaped in professional sports and refined in business ownership.
I’m currently based in Franklin, TN and pursuing control acquisitions and PE backed operating roles. My target is profitable, defensible businesses (home services, B2B services, light manufacturing) where operational rigor and focused growth can create meaningful value.
