Served as board member for 3 different SMBs ($2M - $150M)
Consulted and advised CEOs of 15 different SMBs as a portfolio manager and operating partner over past 10 years
Fullerton is targeting an investment that meets the following criteria:
Larger SMB-size deal: >$5M in revenue, >$600K EBITDA
Note: ability to go up market w/ family office partners
Location: Southeastern US, ideally < 2 hours from Atlanta
