Franvest Capital Partners seeks to acquire or invest in small cap fitness businesses in North America. We often seek opportunities requiring financial restructuring, strategic redirection, management changes or operational improvement. Where possible, we seek to work in partnership with existing management and to provide that management with an opportunity to participate in the equity investment. Franvest will make investments in the form of capital and management, as a hands-on, value-added investor. We specialize in developing and implementing systems and strategies to grow companies and maximize returns. We achieve this through superior branding, marketing, sales strategies, financial management and operating systems by utilizing technology to improve operating efficiencies.
