In 2015, Dan Floyd founded a private firm, Floyd & Co, Inc.(F&C) to continue his 20 year career in investment banking and financial advisory services. The firm’s expertise ranges from merger and acquisition and capital advisory work in the financial services industry including community banks, trust and wealth management companies, finance companies and other related businesses. F&C is also an expert in loan, deposit and branch sales in addition to providing strategic advisory services to financial services executive teams and boards of directors.
Mr. Floyd was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. where he co-founded the Chicago office and worked for 16 years. Dan has been involved in a wide variety of merger and acquisition and capital raising transactions valued in excess of $10 billion.
