Lonnie Woodruff, MBA, CEPA is a seasoned Business Broker and Certified Exit Planning Advisor, specializing in guiding business owners (and future business owners) through strategic sales and transitions. With a strong foundation in customer service, sales management, financial analysis, and strategic planning, Lonnie helps entrepreneurs confidently navigate some of the most important transactions of their careers — buying/selling a business.
Before focusing on business brokerage, Lonnie built his professional experience in diverse roles including financial analysis and sales leadership with Fortune 500 companies, grounding him in real-world business operations and value creation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Bushnell University.
Known for clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and a love for the business community, Lonnie works closely with clients to help find great matches for business legacies, for both sellers and buyers.
With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of high-level sales and hands-on entrepreneurship, David brings a valuable perspective to the world of business brokerage.
David spent 15 years navigating the complexities of corporate sales management, mastering the art of negotiation, strategic positioning, and closing high-value deals. However, his true passion for small business led him to transition from the corporate office to the owner’s seat. For the last decade, he has successfully purchased, operated, and scaled multiple small businesses, gaining firsthand knowledge of the sweat equity and emotional investment required to build a legacy.
