I am an experienced technology executive and operator with a background leading revenue organizations, scaling teams, and driving growth across venture-backed and public software companies. Throughout my career, I have managed multi-million-dollar budgets, evaluated investment opportunities, led complex commercial negotiations, and built operating systems that support sustainable growth.
I am currently seeking to acquire and operate a small to lower-middle-market business with strong fundamentals, recurring customer relationships, and a history of profitability. My focus is on businesses with durable competitive advantages, long operating histories, and opportunities for operational improvement and professionalization.
Industries of interest include business services, industrial services, specialty manufacturing, environmental services, infrastructure-related services, and other essential B2B sectors. I am particularly interested in founder-owned businesses where succession planning or retirement may be creating a transition opportunity.
My investment philosophy is long-term and relationship-driven. I am not looking for a quick flip. My goal is to acquire great businesses, support employees and customers, invest in growth, and build a portfolio of high-quality operating companies over time.
