FFM seeks to become a global supplier of textiles and finished accessories. Products we intend to specialize in but not be limited to are woven and knitted fabrics, synthetic leathers (commonly referred to as PVC and PU), promotional accessory and handbag production. The company will have capabilities to produce the textiles as well as perform the cutting-sewing to assemble promotional accessories and handbags.Management believes that we will be able to provide the lowest cost and highest quality textiles to garment and accessory factories worldwide. FFM will recruit Chinese production managers for relocation in Ethiopia to train, manage and oversee the Ethiopian workforce. The abundant low cost labor and land will also give us an edge in other countries that currently depend on China for their supply of textiles. Locally, we will be adding significant value to the local textile market. The equipment we plan to bring to Ethiopia will be modern and more capable than the machinery present in the ET market. These assets will enable FFM to provide high quality textiles with multiple fabric development capabilities. Management plans to integrate a cutting and sewing operation (“CSO”) with the textile mill once we our long term debt level reaches zero. FFM will supply textiles to the CSO to produce finished accessories in-house. The CSO will specialize in the production of promotional bags (to be referred to as “GWP” - gift with purchase) and handbags for various global markets. This new unit will allow FFM to be competitive in the massive, high margin export market for GWP’s as nearly 100% of our competition will come from high cost China.By having a vertically integrated setup, we would be able to execute a two pronged strategy for our products and services. Final Frontier Manufacturing would have the ability to sell textiles in Africa and abroad and also produce materials for the finished promotional bags that we would export to the U.S and abroad. This operational efficiency will help lower our cost of good in the marketplace and further strengthen our cost advantage.
