Investment criteria: manufacturing, wholesale distribution, industrial and essential services, and building products. $10M–$50M revenue, $1.5M–$5M EBITDA, $8M–$35M enterprise value. Northeast focus: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and New England. Majority recapitalizations, full buyouts, and owner transitions. Real estate purchased or leased at the seller's preference. Seller rollover equity welcomed.
Track record: our investment history spans multiple acquisitions representing more than $100 million in combined enterprise value, with operating capabilities built across manufacturing, distribution, real estate development, commercial construction, logistics, and finance. Current holdings include a Northeast building-products manufacturer and distributor.
Operator, not observer: founder Chris Hansen spent a decade at Verizon Business, T-Mobile, and Lumen Technologies taking over underperforming business units and engineering turnarounds. He has run a $15M-revenue business inside a $5M asset-based lending facility — borrowing bases, field exams, and working capital discipline are lived experience, not diligence-list items.
How we transact: committed equity from a lead investor on a deal-by-deal basis, alongside senior, ABL, and SBA lender relationships. NDA returned same day. Indication of interest within two to three weeks of a complete package. We respond to every advisor on every deal — including the ones we pass, with our reasons.
