Everpeak is a Private Equity firm focused on lower middle market buyout opportunities. Everpeak is focused on acquiring businesses across a wide variety of industries in the lower middle market, targeting family/founder, corporate divestitures, special situations, and other deal types with complexity. We are targeting companies with ~$2-10M of EBITDA for initial platform investments and $0-5M for add-ons. We are targeting a $200M hard cap for our first fund, comprised of family office / HNW investors and institutional LPs.
Prior to starting Everpeak, I was a Vice President at Gallant Capital, a $1 Billion AUM Private Equity firm, where I led investments across the Industrials and Business Services verticals. Before Gallant, I was a Senior Associate at Aterian Investment Partners, a $2 Billion AUM Private Equity firm, where I focused on investments in the same sectors.
