I spent the early part of my career in tech as a software developer and co-founder of a couple of startups. I went on to get my MBA from Babson College, and after that I founded a used car dealership in Texas that I grew to just over $8 million in annual revenue. I am now actively searching for my next business full-time. I hired an M&A advisory team for support, and plan to finance through an SBA loan, and have established relationships with SBA-preferred lenders who consider me a strong candidate based on my credit profile and available assets. In terms of investment range, I'm comfortable looking at businesses in the $1M–$4M range, though I'm flexible depending on the deal structure and financials.
