Target Acquisition Criteria:
• Established, consistently profitable businesses with 10+ years of operating history
• Strong fundamentals, including solid teams, systems, and customer relationships
• Financial profile: EBITDA of $750K–$2M and revenue of $3M–$10M
• Team: Prefer a strong second-in-command or committed key staff
• Primary focus on the Greater Golden Horseshoe, with opportunities across Ontario also considered
