Salt Bros Holdings is a company created to buy and invest in small to mid-market companies. In general, we focus on companies that are 5+ years old where we can leverage our background to help grow the company.
We take an active executive role in every company we purchase that leverages our entrepreneurial, marketing, operations, and financial expertise. We like to hire key operators over the first few years in operation for each company and systematize all processes, we then move into a board role.
We are currently focused on the following verticals for acquisition: Accounting, Business/Analytics, IT/MSP, and Property Management. These industries have thousands of baby boomers set to retire in the next 5-10 years which provides opportunity for acquisition targets.
Equitysalt generally intends to target companies that meet some or all of the following investment criteria:
● Companies with Net Income between $800K-$10M;
● Companies with Margins between 20%-60%;
● Companies with some existing managers in place;
● Companies that can be transformed with technology/processes to better scale
