Equity commercial is a search fund that is self-funded by its principal, Jacob Voswinkel. With a background in MBS and commodity trading, as well as residential and commercial real estate he's looking to purchase a business in the $1-2mm ebitda range. Our business acquisition search is industry-agnostic, although given our background, we find home services companies to be a natural fit. In addition to using Axial for deal sourcing, we're also interested in connecting with equity investors for opportunities at the top end of our acquisition range.
