Founded in 1991, Energy Technologies, Inc. (ETI) has become the leader in rugged power products with their field-proven, highly-reliable and cost effective designs. Utilized in tens of thousands of installations worldwide, these product solutions cover the production, conditioning, storage and control of AC and DC power for a wide range of environments. Our new Ultimate Power Source™ (UPS) series has the highest power density and the greatest flexibility of any manufacturer. These rugged products meet the demands and rigors of defense, government, industrial, medical and telecommunications sectors.
As part of our R&D efforts to better serve our clientele, ETI has also developed technologies in fuel cells to replace traditional generators. To support fuel cell applications globally, ETI has also developed hydrogen production technologies allowing hydrogen to be produced locally from a variety of biogenic feedstocks including municipal solid waste (MSW). We currently hold (54) US and International patents covering these technologies.
Municipal Solid Waste management is one of the world’s biggest challenges. In the US alone, over 370,000 tons per day are deposited in landfills even after traditional recycling and waste to energy projects. In collaboration with Bio Carbon Fuels, LLC (BCF), we have formed a new joint venture called Eco Energy International, LLC (EEI) to capitalize on our Cleantech capabilities. EEI is offering turnkey MSW solutions that eliminate the need for landfills by maximizing recycling and producing clean renewable energy all while reducing the carbon footprint.
