We are interested in buying a business, preferably in the fields of manufacturing, construction, logistics, and industrial services.
We are determined to buy a company and to complete the acquisition. We have a liquid capital of about $500,000.00 to $750,000.00 that can go into the equity of the business.
The size of the industry we are looking at is between $1-5m, with good management in place, enduring profitability, good cashflow, a good cash to cash cycle, good EBITDA, and more importantly a willing seller.
