About Eighteen Grove
Eighteen Grove is a private investment firm focused on partnering with family and founder-owned businesses across Facility Services, Residential Services, Business Services, Insurance Services Specialty Distribution, Health & Fitness, and Multi-Site Franchisees. We target companies generating between $1 million and $10 million in EBITDA — businesses with strong foundations, committed teams, loyal customers, and meaningful growth potential.
We believe that the best businesses are often built quietly, over decades, by owners who prioritize their people and their craft. Eighteen Grove was created to be a thoughtful partner for those owners — whether they are looking to transition ownership, bring on a value-added partner, or simply find the right next steward for what they've built.
About Dylan Rauchman
Dylan Rauchman is the founder of Eighteen Grove, bringing nearly 15 years of experience partnering with business owners through acquisitions, growth and ownership transitions. Dylan has led over 30 transactions across the Facility Services, Distribution, Insurance Services, and QSR sectors, with hands-on responsibility spanning sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, integration, and performance reporting.
Prior to founding Eighteen Grove, Dylan served in senior finance and corporate development roles at BradyPLUS and Pritchard Industries — both private equity-backed platforms — where he partnered closely with sponsors through multiple successful liquidity events. He began his career at PwC in transaction services and investment banking, advising corporate and private equity clients on buy-side diligence and M&A execution. Having grown up in a family business that spanned three generations before a successful exit, Dylan brings a firsthand appreciation for what owners have built — and what is at stake when it comes time to transition.
Dylan holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
