We bring significant operational and financial experience to build and implement a plan to maintain and sustainably grow each business.
Mike Scalise brings years of hands-on company-building and investing experience to Egg Rock Partners. Prior to founding Egg Rock Partners, Mike was an early employee at DoorDash, Inc., where he held multiple leadership roles across operations, strategy, and finance. Prior to DoorDash, Mike was an Associate Investment Director at Cambridge Associates, where he helped clients invest portfolios across private equity, venture capital, and real assets.
Mike holds an AB in History from Harvard. He lives in Keswick, VA with his wife Breck, their three children, and three dogs.
