I am a Lancaster-area mechanical engineer, project leader, and investor seeking to acquire and continue the legacy of an established industrial business. Throughout my career, I have combined technical expertise, operational leadership, and investment experience to evaluate, manage, and improve complex organizations. As a former United States Marine, I developed a strong foundation in leadership, accountability, and building high-performing teams. I currently manage complex renewable energy projects within the hydroelectric power industry, overseeing large-scale mechanical systems, contractors, budgets, schedules, safety, and execution. Additionally, my experience as a Senior Associate with Full Guard Capital provided me with firsthand experience evaluating businesses, analyzing financial performance, supporting investment decisions, and understanding what drives long-term enterprise value.
