Hello, I have a fully running pellet plant operation for sale. I built the plant that it could be easily moved to another location. Within 2 weeks' time plant could be running in another location. Pellets have many uses and you can use the same pellet for many different applications. Bulk truck is a paddle truck so it will not harm the pellets in transport, and with scale for bulk oil field delivery. Pellets are being used for the fracing solids industry. But they also have many other uses. Making one pellet can serve many Industries. Many benefits to pellets 1. Pellets are green renewable energy 2. Pellets are used for horse bedding, BBQ Pellets, Heating, Oil absorbent 3. You could be considered also a green energy provider 4. Pellets burn clean 5. Pellets make a great biodegradable product 6. Can be made out of any biomass – example flax chaf 7. Grass pellets, grass seed blows away sawdust & grass seed mix would not 8. They have window type units for heating (similar to an air conditioner) could be used in RV's & trailers 9. Would assist in putting up & first run of production, be available for any questions or training of production staff We have geared the plant to be a low overhead operation. The plant can run efficiently with one – two persons. The system is a grounded close looped system for safety and efficiency. There is very low dust by doing this witch reduces health risk for employees, reduces insurance premiums and possibility of fires or explosion, since it is fully enclosed no air permits are needed. I was running 6 days a week one shift. Plant is easily ran 7 days a week 24 hours. Attached is equipment list for bigger items. It would include Trademarked name, trucks, UPC bags (over 700,000 bags), web site, full customer list, all delivery trucks, semi-trailers, full production, full bagging lines, all conduit, all electrical wire and boxes starting at CT cabinet (outside cabinet). We would assist in putting it up and could easily delivery since everything is in the semi-trailers. We could have you running in 2 weeks' time. I have invested well over 1MM, but due to divorce I am just trying to get some of the equipment value $525K. We are still selling pellets but did take the plant down to move.
