I own a small holding company and am focused on acquiring a small business to grow. I am currently seeking to acquire a software or home services company in the $200K–$450K EBITDA range, and I am also open to a partial investment in a larger opportunity. My background includes go-to-market and sales operations experience at a 20-person company, as well as ownership of a small business. I prefer opportunities based in Massachusetts, but I am open to businesses that can be operated online or managed virtually.
