Together, we are actively seeking to acquire high-quality manufacturing or distribution businesses and are well-positioned to move decisively on the right opportunity.
While our primary focus is on Northeast Canada and South Florida, we are open to evaluating compelling opportunities in other markets where the fundamentals are strong. Our target profile includes businesses generating approximately $2,000,000 in EBITDA or SDE, with a degree of flexibility commensurate with overall business quality. We have a strong preference for share purchase structures and place considerable importance on preserving continuity for employees, suppliers, and customers through and beyond any transition.
