I’m a U.S. Army veteran turned entrepreneur with a background in private equity and a focus on small to mid-sized business acquisitions. My experience spans the full M&A lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating deals to leading negotiations, due diligence, financing, closing, and post-acquisition integration and growth.
Over the years, I’ve supported and led transactions across a variety of industries, both as part of private equity teams and independently. I’ve worked closely with operators and sellers, earning a reputation for transparency, follow-through, and creative structuring. My approach is grounded in discipline and execution — values I honed during my military service and continue to apply in every deal I pursue.
Most recently, I acquired and currently operate a healthcare services company, where I’m focused on driving both organic growth and strategic add-ons. I’m now actively seeking synergistic opportunities that align with our operational strengths and long-term vision.
