Investment criteria:
$5M+ of recurring revenue
Positive or break-even cash flow (Software)
$3 - $15M of EBITDA (Services)
Proven and committed management team
Serve as a system of record or core workflow provider to their customers
We seek to invest $10-$50M of equity in each transaction; we prefer majority-control, but will consider minority investments.
